There are so many ways to plug into our growing network of students, farmers, educators, and land stewards. Whether you're a seasoned soil whisperer, a curious learner, or someone with a few hours to spare and a big heart, there’s a place for you here.
👩🌾 Host, Mentor, or Teach
Are you a farmer, gardener, soil health expert, or regenerative ag practitioner? We’re always looking for mentors to guide our interns, guest speakers to enrich our classes, and field trip hosts willing to open their farms for student visits. Your real-world insight brings this work to life for the next generation - and helps students imagine a future in it.
📚 Come to Class
Our interns don’t just learn; they teach. One of the ways we help students grow into future leaders is by giving them space to share what they’re learning. Join us as a supportive audience during one of our classes, workshops, or demonstrations, and help shape a new generation of educators and advocates.
🌻 Co-Host an Event
Learning something you love? Ready to share it? Partner with us to bring regenerative ag into your circle of friends and neighbors. Whether it’s a backyard lunch, a film screening, a fundraiser, or a community garden work party - we’d love to collaborate on something that reflects your voice and passion.
🌿 Volunteer with Us
Want to learn more about regenerative agriculture while getting your hands dirty (in the best way)? Volunteer at our partner farms and teaching gardens. No experience necessary - just a willingness to show up and dig in. We promise good people, fresh air, and a little bit of magic in the soil.
💛 Sponsor a Program
If you believe in what we’re doing, consider sponsoring one of our youth programs. Your support helps us pay teen interns, provide meals and transportation, and run meaningful land-based education rooted in equity and care. We keep our costs low and our impact high - but we can’t do it alone.

Whether you’ve got time, skills, space, or resources to share, you are warmly invited into the REA community. Together, we’re building a future rooted in relationship, regeneration, and resilience.
