REA is deeply committed to fostering a sense of community and creating an incubation space for innovative ideas that will help Petaluma develop a thriving community of practice centered on sustainable food production. Guided by our CASE principles—Community, Agriculture, Students, and the Environment—we aim to inspire collaborative efforts that respect and uplift all these interconnected areas. Whether through focus groups with community leaders, public presentations and farm tours, or engaging events like movie nights and discussion groups, we are dedicated to cultivating a shared vision and practical strategies for growing food in ways that honor both people and the planet.
