Under Cover Classes

From October to December, the Under Cover project engaged 10 students in 20 hours of immersive, hands-on education in regenerative agriculture. Participants explored key principles of soil health, sustainability, and food security through three farm visits, where they interacted with experts in the field and gained practical insights. Their work included harvesting food for Una Vida, fostering a deeper understanding of the connection between agriculture and community well-being. The program culminated in a public presentation, where students shared their learnings and experiences, emphasizing the importance of regenerative practices in addressing environmental and social challenges.

What's next? This spring we will be hosting student intensive workshops where we give an overview of Regenerative Agriculture. These 6 hour workshops will give a general overview of soil health principles with hands-on, team building activities that culminate with community workshops lead by teen participants. We will update this page once our plan is set, but feel free to email mb@regenerativeeducationalliance.org to get more info and to be contacted once our classes are set up.
